TVParts.ca is the EXCLUSIVE authorized Osram and Philips distributor for DLP and LCD TV Lamps in Canada. We have been in business for over 20 years. Based in Toronto, Ontario, we are central to all our Canadians.

Shipping Methods and Transit Times

Our warehouse and distribution center is conveniently located in the GTA area and is central to all our Canadian customers. We usually ship within 1 business day of receiving cleared payment. All domestic packages within Canada are 100% trackable and shipped with Canada Post or UPS. Transit times may vary depending on provincial and federal holidays, weather conditions etc.. Average transit times chart is shown below:

US Customers: - All international orders are shipped with UPS. Transit time varies by destination and takes in average 5-10 business days.

Shipping to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO Address

At this time we offer shipping to P.O. Box addresses to Canadian customers only. We do not ship packages to P.O. Box or APO/FPO addresses in the USA.

Tracking Numbers

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail to the address you have provided us within 24 hours with the tracking information. If you need more information on your order, please call us at 905-532-0544 or 1-888-532-0544 during our regular business hours or contact us by e-mail for assistance. Please be advised that for security reasons, we can only e-mail tracking information to the e-mail address on file with your order.

Payment Methods

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Debit Visa, and PayPal. We also accept cash for local pick-ups. Note: Additional credit card verification may be needed for orders placed over the phone before we process your order.

Warranty

For security and tracking purposes, all of our TV parts and DLP Lamps are marked with our "TVPARTS" identifier and/or serialized labels so your warranty claim will be visually inspected for those identifying markings. If a marking is not present on the TV part(s), the claim will be denied. Please do not tamper with or alter your TV part and its labels.
DLP LAMPS
Our lamps come with a full 180 days (6 months) warranty from the purchase date. Don't take your chances on less than that. Rather be safe than sorry right?

TV PARTS AND REMOTE CONTROLS
All TV parts and remote controls come with 60 day (2 month) standard warranty (Unless otherwise is stated) from the purchase date. Please note that the warranty doesn't cover any physical damages.

Return Policy

DLP LAMPS
All products to be returned or exchanged must have their complete original packaged materials including any manuals, printed materials, and accessories. All returned goods must be in resalable condition, inspected and approved by our staff.
Within 30 days of purchase, items may be returned under the following conditions:

• Defective products may be returned for exchange, refund or credit.
• All products will be subject to a restocking charge of 30%.

After 30 days from purchase, TV Parts Canada will only accept defective products for warranty service. There are no refunds on new, used, opened, unopened, or defective products after the 30 day period.

Note: There are no refunds on labor, installation or shipping charges.

TV PARTS AND REMOTE CONTROLS
All parts on our website (including TV Lamps and PCB Boards) are fully tested and guaranteed to be in 100% working order upon arrival. We do not accept exchanges or refunds for the following reasons:

• First, you as the purchaser of the part is accepting the role of the technician in properly diagnosing and installing the part. We do not know your qualifications as such.
• Secondly, each part we sell come directly from the manufacturer or a TV that had a broken or defective LCD/LED or Plasma panel. Any questionable boards are disposed of.

Our website uses encryption technology to protect your personal information during data transport. Such technology encrypts ordering information such as your name, address, and credit card number.

We maintain appropriate physical, technical and administrative safeguards and industry-leading security standards in an effort to protect your personal information in our custody and control, whether recorded on paper or captured electronically, against unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.
