All parts on our website (including TV Lamps and PCB Boards) are fully tested and guranteed to be in 100% working order upon arival. We do not accept exchanges or refunds for the following reasons:

• First, you as the purchaser of the part is accepting the role of the technician in properly diagnosing and installing the part. We do not know your qualifications as such.
• Secondly, each part we sell come directly from the manufacturer or a TV that had a broken or defective LCD/LED or Plasma panel. Any questionable boards are disposed of.

Please only order by part number. Ordering by model and or board numbers will result in an incorrect part order. Many TV models use more than one set of parts and/or panels.
