A common issue after new board replacement is no power on the tv. In order to solve this, do the following procedure :
1. If there is a P34 female connector, transfer the P34 male jumper wire plug from the old board to the new board.
2. If connector P34 does not exist, there should be a jumper wire on the foil side of where R599 should be (shorting P34/pins 1-3). If there is no jumper wire, install one at R599.
